I have been receiving calls from this number daily for about a week, so far.  Today, was the first time they only let it ring three times.  I noticed that this was a complaint associated with other posts concerning Synovate Inc.
Not to be in the "tin foil hat" crew, or anything, but it looks like Synovate may have a connection to ACORN.

I have received calls from this number multiple times now. I called them back to tell them to stop calling me and got a recording saying that they were a survey group about medical coverage for DOD dependents. (Military)

I am receiving unwanted calls from this number.  Not to mention later
at night too.  They are saying that they are a medical survey number
but it troubles me
