Calls but does not answer just to bother you

Have gotten several calls from this number.. When I answer all I get is a blank line...

Caller left no message, so I called back and all I got was music. Nice music. I listened for at least 10 minutes and no one came onto the line.

This phone number called me and when I answered there was just silence on the line so I think God Jehovah for the silent and the peace I experience

I got a call and they said it was from cash advance they said I could get a loan for 5000 dollars and all they need is my credit card number and it would be In my account in 20 minutes so I goggle the number because they didn't ask for a s.s.n or if I work how much is my monthly income this is a scam.
