Just had two calls from this number 5 minutes apart already this morning (9:22 am.)  They called three times yesterday!  No one on the line, they just hang up.  How can I make this stop?

This number call several times a day but they hang up when I answer. I call them back and ask to speak to the owner of their company. It is a marketing call from a company that gives unsolicited loans.
