They call repeatedly and pretend they are a potential customer insisting only on speaking to the top person and then it turns out they are just trying to sell advertising!!!!!!!!   DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM OR RETURN THEIR CALLS!

A man called by the name of Kevin Blanchard insisting to speak with the boss.  Would not say why he was calling, would not identify the company he was calling from, would not state the reason for his call and just kept insisting to speak with the boss.  I have researched the number only to find it unlisted in Chicago and in Florida.  I called them back and left a message telling them that we are on the do not call list and there are penalties for them ignoring the do not call list.  Lets see if it works!

Used the same Ben Bainey name. Same MO, is clearly trying to solicit attorneys for something like a lead referral service or whatever.

I have gotten two calls from Ben Baney. Same MO each time. "Calling for a friend about a family law matter." The first time he called he was very rude, the second time, I asked him to hold to speak with someone about a free consultation, and he played along acting like a potential client (even though I knew who he was) until I put him on hold and he hung up.
How do we get rid of this guy?

Call from Ben Baney, yes... very rude!  He said the exact same thing as Law Firm July 14 indicates.  I beleive he has called before.
