Rang mobile. Left no message. From looking at other report sites, this is robo-calling requesting persons to take a political "survey." Aldermanic and mayoral elections on February 24. If so, survey is as likely to be a "push" survey as one to take the pulse and determine trends. None-the-less, I am setting the TrueCaller and Call Blacklist apps to block the number.
