And they continually claim that they can't negotiate a payment with you but if you make a payment of $xxxx and call us back next week we will see if you qualify for a hardship. Then when they strong arm you into doing so you call back and they blame it all on GE won't extend a hardship to you, we don't know why but they won't. Wait aren't you a collection division affiliated with GE and if you aren't, you should be making the collection policies???? I haven't had income in our 20 months and have a severe documented medical condition which I'm in final stages of disability benefits and have lost everything while our gov takes their sweet time. I guess death is the only hardship. Don't do any business with GE. Don't shop at any of the stores they are affiliated with. Juniper Bank and PNC will be the only bank that I ever do further business with!
