It's a scam trying to get your credit card. They say that you won something. When I told them I wouldn't give them my card number today they hung up on me.

No actual message only silence using my minutes. I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and don't understand why I continue to receive calls such as this.

Left no message - Brenda- they don't care if you are on the do not call list; they are scammers. Frequently they are overseas and unreachable. Treat them as you would scum.
