312-235-1137 is being used by a repugnant debt
collector, FIRST NATIONAL COLLECTION BUREAU.

They seemed to be trying to intimidate me
so that I would give them information about
somebody whose name I had never heard before,
probably a former neighbor whom I had never met.

Some collection agencies are incredible in
how far they will go in trying to intimidate
and harass people.

BEST ADVICE: NEVER TALK TO DEBT COLLECTORS!!
Even if the remote case that the debt be real,
it is probably too old to be valid in court.

I --think-- that I had this number blocked and it seems to  have gotten through again. I can not answer the other questions because I let most unidentified number to to voice mail and then search the number. Also very telling when no message is left.
