called 5-18-2016 @ 1137 hours EST.  did not answer, left swipe when saw chicago il in caller id.  googled it, 800notes first hit.  I ought to just plain have an icon of a telephone that brings me directly here so I can search these numbers.  I get one or two new ones nearly every single day.

The ole - lower your interest rate scam - by a thief, who ignores the Do Not Call list.    I didn't answer, let the call go to my machine & blocked the number.

Rec'd call almost everyday.

Scam.  Will these people ever stop??  Enough!
