Man with an accent, not sure where may have been Asian, calls me on Thanksgiving asking me about leaving the real estate brokerage firm I work for. My first response is "you called me on Thanksgiving." Then he says he doesn't want to meet today he wants to schedule to meet with me IN PERSON another day!!!! I immediately knew the call was a scam, calling on Thanksgiving but that comment took the concern to a whole new level.

A man called me yesterday from this number, told me he was a top real estate office in Chicago and wanted to know if I'd like to meet and possibly work for his company.  I quickly told him no.  He asked why not.  I told him I already owned my own office.  He hung up very quickly.

Nice message said it was DJ from Kale Realty with a great 100% commission program for Realtors.  He calls me frequently.  Sounds like a great opportunity if a licensee wants to make a change in location from one of those franchises.

I too have received multiple calls from the recorded DJ at Kale Realty.  Not interested.

declined call and they didn't leave a message.
