Unsolicited call from JCL Cruise Company (sounded like a bot and very poor recording). wanted me to redeem a cruise that I won.

Just got a call and VM from this number. After looking it up and finding this blog I checked the VM. It was the cruise. It said press 2 to be put on the do not call list. I hit 2. it said "this feature is not available" FIGURES
