Yes it is a scam! We contacted Target by phone and they confirmed it is NOT a valid Target offer.

Got the text message "Your entry in our drawing WON you a free $500 Target GiftCard! Enter at www.target.com.tdtt.biz so we can ship it to you immediately." - This is a scam! I ever shop at target and have not entered in any drawings like this! Do NOT give them any of your information!
