Have received very threatening messages the last two days from this number 312-205-34321 and someone named "Brad Smith" who CLEARLY has a foreign accent.  I finally answered today after those 2 voice mails today and was told that a lawsuit was being filed against me in my state, 3 charges.  Wanted me to verify my social security number.  When I told him no, that he needed to tell me who he was with and who filed the lawsuit, he would only state the Law Office LLC, but would not give me any information with regard to who had supposedly filed a law suit against me.  When I refused to give him any of my personal information, he got very irate and told me that by 11 am tomorrow that uniformed officers would be at my home or place of employment and that I would be seeing him at the courthouse!

These people are crazy, they called my place of employment and left a message on the office voice mail and I got a call on MY DAY OFF from HR. I contacted the people and they said that I had defaulted on a loan back in 2007and I spent all day trying to research that far back and everyone I called said that I did not owe. They threatened to have me locked up on criminal charges for Fraud. I have never been in trouble with the law and was freaking out. I called the consumer of credit affairs and the police. They had me so worried I even called the county I lived in to see if they had a warrant for my arrest. Somone needs to stop these people. It was someone with an accent by the name of John.

I got a call from my sister saying some man named Jason Conner (i think) was trying to reach me. He said someone had filed a law suit against me. When I called the number, 312-205-6431, it was busy everytime. My sister said it seemed very weird and that she could barely understand the person b/c of limited English.

They called me at work - a guy with an Indian Accent.  I hung up, and he hit redial.  I got 10 calls in 5 minutes,  What a load of BS.
