Phone calls to my niumber daily, weekends, night, day, no human voices when you call back, I wonder if we can block the number through cell phone provider?

If you have a smart phone just into your setting and saving them as Bill collector. You then should set them to go to voice mail with out alerting you or ring problem is solved....

It was a recorded voice asking me by name... If this is John Doe press 1, if John Doe can't be reached at this number press 2 I pressed the heck out of 2!! It is truly a bill collector.
