Collection agency. Either you have an unpaid bill that went to collections or they're trying to reach someone who had the number before you. Many cell phone companies recycle their numbers after as little as 30 days,

Everyday I get this number about 2-3 times and it drives me crazy. At first I was scarred but not I'm just annoyed. Grr.

Call daily for someone not at this number. We've had our number for 3.5 years!
