Thats completely impossible. The company doesnt even have a billing or accounting department to cut checks.
Here are a few reasons why your post shows your a scammer protecting your job:
1.) Call any of the following #'s which are current global travel service #'s (they change their # every few weeks) and ask them what timeshare they have on their system.
THEY CAN NEVER TELL YOU WHAT TIME SHARE YOU HAVE, OR EVEN WHAT TIMESHARE THAT THEY ALREADY RENTED FROM YOU, BECAUSE ITS ALL A SCAM.
2.) Call RCI or II and ask if it is even possible for a company to "exchange" someone elses timeshare without the owner authorizing or actually doing the exchange.
RCI and II will both tell you that the owner would have to be the one to do the exchange. They have to provide the RCI or II acct. # and verify themselves. How can a company located in Manila Philippines that doesnt even know how to prounounce your name do such a thing?
3.) The company that charges the $199 exchange fee is different EVERY TIME. These are scam credit card processors that charge the owner of that scam company like 30-40% becuase they know half of the charges will be disputed.
4.) EVERYONE IS IN THE PHILIPPINES. Ask to speak to a different person every time. They all have white people names and all speak with a very heavy Filipino accent. (why would they lie about their location if its a real deal?)
5.) Their apparent website (globaltravelservices.info) has major typo on it (carrabean) hahaha.
6.) The other website they sometimes claim (globaltravelservices.net) has absolutely no content on it. Just click around, try to actually buy a travel package. Its all a FRONT.
This scammers acct. should be deleted on here.
