number calls, i answer, no reply, disconnected. try to call back, disconnected

This # has called me repeatedly . I call back, busy signal. No messages left.. I tried to text asking who it was and invalid num came back.

these people call my phone twice a day and never leave messages, calling back doesnt onnect, and texting wont work either. I am gonna answer it next time and say Public Library..may I help you.... and see if I get anyone to talk , if that doesnt work i will just answer it and try to get info to post so others will know as well.

Same as the others. Repeated calls. Hassle.

This number has called me for the past couple of days, and it's really starting to freak me out. They somehow know my name. And when I call back, it disconnects. So weird and creepy!
