Msg left from this # saying that they are United Healthcare. Couldn't make out most of what this "James" (with a female sounding voice) was saying, but I think it was something about "cancellation of my provider contract". The number that he wanted me to call was rattled off so fast and two different #s left, that I couldn't write them down.  (If United was cancelling a doctor's contract, they would not do it via a phone call like this.) I called the # back, blocked. No recording saying that it was United. Only a msg saying "if you know your party's extension, dial it now." When I did, only a voice saying "Vincent", then a canned recording saying that the mailbox is full. Scammers. And, caller ID does not any # that is remotely connected to this number, nor United's.

We just received the same message as you. Called back the number supposedly United Healthcare and it did not have any UH salutation. Voicemail was full at extension. Will disregard....

Also received same calls from "United Healthcare" wanting to verify providers.
