This entity called me saying that they would lower the interest rates on my visa and MC cards except I don't possess either card. When I pointed this out they promptly disconnected the phone.
I attempted to dial back and I was again disconnected. I dialed again asked was connected to "ROYAL CARRIBIAN CRUISE LINES" I listened to their spiel about how I had won a free cruise. Free that is except for the$65. I would be required to pay as government tax.
At this point I inquired about the credit card call I had received earlier whereas I was immediately hung up on.

scum uses same 310-906-29xx and only changes last two digits.  They've called from 310-906-2933 and 310-906-2935 to name just a few.  So if you get a 310-906-29anything block them.
