A new day, but same old rotating scam.  Yesterday it was credit card debt relief.  The previous was the old IRS lawsuit b.s.
Spoofed calls from India disregard the DNC registry.  They don't have the listings and they couldn't care less about our laws anyway.

Can't install solar panels even if I wanted (or could afford) to...  Homeowner's association wouldn't allow it!

i answered the call and they are some kind of credit rebuilding program.  Spoke broken english.  Told them not interested.  They have called be back 3 times in the last two minutes

Called my cell [which is on the DNC list] today no one responded when I answered..

When I get these calls I always check the number here.  If I find a report the caller is blocked.
