Caller with an Asian accent said that he/she was from the "government" and I was to receive a "government" grant for $9000. When I asked what government? North Korea? Laos? The caller started to stutter and started the script again that I was to receive a $9000 grant. I hung up and hope they don't keep calling.

Calls and does not leave messages. I have blocked this number with my cell phone provider. LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE

Has called me two days in a row, same time.  I answer and an automated voice says "good bye" and disconnects.

Keeps calling me, won't let me call back and when I did answer it was absolutely silent?

Called twice, thus fa rappears to be a recording, when a message is left, it is incomplete. As stated in  previous complaint, the recording says good bye and disconnects.  If they can't id your company or leave coherent message,  it is not a legitimate call. Don't bother answering or listening to VM, just delete and block if possible.
