BC Prevention Fund raised $3.8 Million in 2008 and made grants in 2008 to 5 nonprofits totaling $550,000. In 2008 BC Prevention Fund also paid $2.3 Million to Legacy Marketing for "outreach services". Where are the books and records of BC Prevention Fund? At 2401 Hewitt Ave in Everett, WA. What is the address of Legacy Telemarketing? 2401 Hewitt Ave, Everett WA. Oh, and who is "partial owner" of Legacy Telemarketing? Why, surprise, it's Jim Paton the Executive Director of Breast Cancer Prevention Fund! Don't believe me?
