called here 8;50 am 11-26. left if ring with the  sound off. came here checking who's the scammer this time.

No vm, and didn't pick up return call. Probably an auto
dialer?

Call made to my cell - and did not pick it up.... and no VM message left

Call received 11/26 9:28am ET - hung up as soon as answering machine message kicked in. Caller ID: Marina Del RCA 301-821-8963. Since ours is a private number only given out to necessary people, we use a different # for all else, I'm thinking this call was a result of an auto dialer looking for live numbers so the telemarketer/scammer can call back.

Got a robo call from that number (California) to my cell phone asking if I wanted to lower my credit card interest rate.  It was obviously a scam, but I was tempted to press 1 so I could talk to someone and ask them questions.
