It's a robo-call programmed with standard answers to sound like a real person.  If you ask them to add two numbers (3+4) and give you the answer, you'll hear a pause and then they will continue talking without answering the question.  Just hang up.  IT'S A SCAM.

A very suspicious call claiming that I took a survey and they were a local hiring company JV Positions.  After he asked me to spell my name I questioned him and then asked for his website address.  jvpositions.com does not exist, but they ended the phone call immediately.  Don't fall for it!.  Also, seemed like the best automated speaker, possibly because he was using some sort of voice changer?  My phone said the call was from Gardena, CA.

I received two calls today from this number.  The first time the line was empty.  The second time right after I answered there was a loud raspy beep and an empty line.  The call ended automatically after 20 seconds.  I would suspect the source is documenting times the phone is answered so telemarketers can make a contact call.  I like them to call me because I'm retired and it takes up their time....and therefore can make 1 less call in a given amount of time.  I always hang up after 5 seconds or so with a smile.
