I live in Ventura ,,  3 pm ,and just got the same call .  same name and number.  let my answering machine get it and they
left no message.   I believe it is the same person who called last week knew my name and address and was soliciting for construction company.  I got rude with him and hung up on him ,  and immediately he called back under a different phone number and hung up on me thinking he was sure gonna show me !!  well I know that no matter how much you tell them
not to call you they still will,  so of course I had expected it anyway. like I have said before they are probably felons who cannot get a normal job ,,  so their tempers come out.  thank goodness for my answering machine.

The caller MCKENDRICK HOHN ( displayed as ID on our phone. ) , called us 11: 55, noon, 07.27. 2015, we opted not to answer this unwanted call. When I returned the call hiding our number, I heard " Ding Dung,: , then a lady message : " The person you tried to reach  is not accepting call this time, please try later" in English ,then Spanish.
I received many similar messages from different numbers.

Same thing as Tiger from Ventura reported and also a few seconds ago.  John McKendrick called and left no message but I didn't bother trying to call back.

I reported this unwanted caller to www.fcc.gov/compllaints & www.ftc.gov ( www.donotcall.gov.) few minutes ago.
This caller always " try later".
