Return call says the #'s voice mail box hasn't been set up yet.  Another boiler room foreign scam outfit.

Obnoxious!  He wants to know how well the do not call list is working for me.  He also said the FCC is fake and will never help me or catch him.

The DNC list keeps HONEST business' from calling you. Remember this one important fact. If a scammer from a foreign 3rd world country can't talk to you the chances of him tricking you into giving up personal/financial information is greatly reduced. Stand alone call blocking device for land line. Call phone app. Make sure you get one that will block entire area codes as well as individual numbers. For now. Don't even bother talking with them. Just hang up.
