Started receiving calls from this number - no message was ever left and I always seemed to miss the call.  I finally called back and got the recording, "Please hold for the next representative.  It's important that we speak with you."  This message repeats every 10 seconds.  I waited a couple minutes before finally hanging up.  Obviously not anyone I know.  And apparently not important they "speak with" me or they'd have better staffing.  Sales?  Collection?  Other?  Perhaps someone else with more patience will weigh in.
