I have never given a cent to someone I have not met personally...
Those dating sites need to just block all IPs based in Africa altogether. It is getting to the point that I now wonder if there is a little collusion. As in sites gets a percentage of what victim is scammed for.
Even if not the case, it is just bad for their business
