Don't know who this is-didn't answer-went to voicemail but they didn't say anything and hung up 10 seconds after realizing it went to VM. Blocked their number

I got a call and when I answered a woman said "can you hear me?" This is part of a phone scam!!! If you do answer immediately hang up!
