This number calls me daily ... I never pick up. they never leave a message. caller ID says "spyglass" What is this annoyance?

I too keep getting daily calls - my husband has received them in the past as well. He answered once and it was from one of the Real Estate investment programs, he told them to stop calling but of course it hasn't worked.
