I also received the same call. He had all my info how I do not know but I am gonna turn it over to the local police and to the federal trade commission.

Called me on both home and cell leaving message to return call. Told me he was a lawyer and that I had defaulted in a loan and was being investigated by the Attorney General of California. Also stated I would be arrested at work in three hours. Told me my SSN, drivers license and passport were canceled. I could take care of it by giving them $1290.00

This number called me on my cell and he called me at my school.  He said the same thing that he has been saying to everyone else.  That me or my attorney needs to call him right away.  I got the message and looked up the number online and saw what others had said.  He called himself Brian Johnson.  I have gotten several calls from the number today but I just ignore them.

This number called me at 7:30 am... I don't know who they are but dont we have rights.... They have called my work 3 or 4 times within an hour.... Does anyone know who have to contact to protect us? Why do they just don't stop.. And you can't understand a word they guy is saying..... harrassment!!!!

these low lifes just did the same exact thing to my 19 year old son who is in college. he called me all upset that these scum bags were going to sue him if he didnt pay the money he borrowed from them. I think we should all really put in the effort and stop these low lifes.
