Same here but I took them on and I won  I called them in 2 dys
over 100 times till they begged me to stop along with my lawyer
and police dept we recorded evert conversation even when they
agreed to stop calling. but to drive them crazy I still call

This guy called me too! I have called him back so far today no less than 100 times so far! He is up to cursing at me and telling me not to call that number anymore. I told him too damned bad i will call all day...he said he will change his number...i said until then ill keep calling! they obviously have caller id because they know my name when i call and they hang up on me!
