Caller immediately said his name was Greg and that he was sorry about the delay for the toner on our Gestetner.  I immediately responded with "I'm sorry, what company did you say you were with?"
The caller then got a high pitched baby voice and said something like "Neh neh neh neh neh" and hung up.

We get calls all the time, saying they wanted to know our model # on our copier. Every reason why is different, then what they do is send us their products or supplies we didn't order and then bill us
