This is the number that showed up on my landline Caller ID.  Telemarketer for HOME CENTER offering free home remodeling estimates.

The number is probably fake too, so don't bother calling it back.

As with a gazillion other telemarketers, this one is now also calling me with their name showing as a city.  In this case, Beverly Hills CA.  I don't answer the phone if it's someone I don't know or a business I've never dealt with since I know it's going to be a telemarketing/scam call.

Like all the others, they just hang up and don't leave a message.  A legitimate caller would leave a message.

Anyway, I searched this number and it was ported over recently to a company called Level 3 Communications LLC, which provides telecommunications systems for clients.  Since Level 3 owns the number and I don't know who their client is, I'm going to report Level 3 on Do Not Call website if that number dials me again.

Guys calls and knows my last name. Hangs up when I ask "who is this?"  Creeps.

This number called today. CID is "Beverly Hills, CA". If the CID is a city and state then it's guaranteed to be a telemarketer. This rule has never failed me yet. Blocked the call immediately.
