Got the same David Grey call on answering machine, threating legal action, poor English, must be a scam.

Caller is claiming to be with the IRS and wants you to call another number. DO NOT CALL IT. You could end up being billed for a international call even though it is a US number that is given. Tip. IRS or the Treasury Dept. won't call you to demand money. They will send a certified letter. Scammers don't want to pay for certified mail so the sit at computers and make phone calls.

Caller claimed 2nd notice about action being taken by US Treasury. Wanted call back
Obviously a robot call. Threatened possible legal action. Do Not Call these people. It is a scam. I have received no legal notices in the mail and that is how it would be done. Also they gave no name. Just trying to scare people.

left a message said united states treasury, ignoring this a second time could make us face a magistrate judge or grand jury for the criminal offense and to call pete.. SCAM!

Called my mom this morning stating it was a 2nd attempt of notice in regard to US Treasury and legal action with grand jury. Said to call back immediately. Said his name was David Gray. Obviously a scam as notice would have been received in mail.
