They call and just hang up. ?

I got the call too and there was no one there. I wont block it yet because I need calls from LA due to medical reasons. I dont call back as I have an answering machine and they can waste there dime if it is important.

OK, Gary again, this is Time Warner sales. I wont block it because I use their Internet. Feel free to block it if you dont want their service.

I've been getting calls from this number for a few weeks. They don't leave a message on my voicemail and today, I finally picked up and they still hung up!  Why would you call a million times and then hang up when you finally reach me?  Go away!
