It's been many years and this number just calls me and laughs a crazy laugh and sometimes says weird stuff like he's rubbing his nipples.  He won't even tell me why.  6 years of this is crazy.

This person just KEEPS CALLING and breathing heavily into the phone.   He called all night, and all morning, and doesn't seem to care that I have his phone number.
