Got a call at 130 in the morning saying my net account had been suspended and to press 1 to be connected to an operator. I did not press 1, just hung up.

Just got a call from 3106 to my cell phone, it was an automated voice telling me that my account had been locked and to press 1 to be connected. I did not press 1 and after about a minute of silence, it hung up. I checked my accounts, as many as I can think of, and nothing appears to be locked. I could not make out what company the voice said they were calling from

Just got a call from this number saying my account has been placed on hold. The recording said "this is netspend, your account has been placed on hold, press1 ....................... It confused me since I do have a netspend preloaded debit card, I logged on, and it appears fine to me.
