It is a fraud calling. This guy has very bad accent and said he is representative for something (barely understand what he was talking about)

He told me if I didn't give him $3000 he was gonna have me arrested for tax fraud

He sounds like he's from Afghanistan or something, he even gave me a employee number

Fraud caller claiming to be from treasury.

This number called & said that they are from the US Treasury.  Also that a US Marshal is coming to my home to arrest me & to freeze all my accounts. According to the banks & telephone company this is a scam. If this number calls your number, do not give out any information & report this number. The person calling had an accent similar to an Indian accent even though the number is listed as a California number.  Please be aware that there all kinds of people out there that are trying to get your personal information to destroy you. Be smart, hang up, & report calls to the authorities.
