The new number scammer in town (unknown name)

Unfamiliar number calling, didn't pick up. Went to answering machine, and after the outgoing message, I heard a lot of static on the line, finally a female voice says hello...  hello... then she said my name - Mrs. So and so? After a few seconds, she hung up.

Left no message. Just one of about 5 of these types of calls I get everyday. Blocked it.
