Scam as usual.
ID: Premier  Says they can reduce your credit card debt. I told them I do not own CC and that I was on the DNC list and was reporting them. He said they'd remove my # from their list.

This is a new number from spammers

Received a call from them last night at 8:33 PM CST.  No message left on my answering machine.  Caller ID shows Premier.
