Robo-dialed call. Normally, I don't answer, but I did on this call. The woman asked for us by name and when I asked what company she was calling from, she replied, "HP." Then she indicated that it was a home improvement company. I told her my husband is a contractor and she still tried to keep me on the phone using electricity rates as a hook. As I asked her to take me off the call list, she got louder and insisted that I listen, at which point, I hung up.
