got a call on cell phone tuesday...stated that i will be arrested on friday because i never paid back a payday loan...untrue...spoke with a heavily accented male (alan smith) attorney, he tried to state i owed with fees, ect. over 3200.00, but would probably be able to stop the arrest if i gave him 900.00, i told him i would have to try and get the money and call back...i didnt.  friday came and went, and i havent gotten arrested yet... just called them again, asked for his bar assoc. #, they could not provide it, and stated that alan smith was in a meeting, they gave me an address of 12400 whilshire blvd. los angels, ca 90062...this got me so angry i have change my home number, blocked the 310 number from my cell and now want revenge....

I been called twice saying I owe 300.00 dollars to a usa payday loan, which I never used,or recived money from. The Man name is Baxtor Cruz or Travis Walker. Im freaked out because all they say is I need to pay 400.00 plus court and lawyer fee's as well or I would be picked up by Wednesday afternoon for not paying the fees out of court. Not only that they would not give me a case number or legal document about this case. I call back I ask for the names that are listed on here and as they transfer they hang up all the time but leave harrsing message on my voice mail.

This guy has blown up my phone, called at least 19 times today. Said the same stuff. they told me they wanted my social and stuff and i would be arrested if i did not pay. also they wont tell me anything else.

O and I contacted the san pedro police department and they are looking into it since that is where the number is out of.
