So yeah...ditto.  After the lovely lady tells me the same thing as everyone else in this thread, I proceeded to ask her how she got my number since I was on the do no call (or at least I thought that is what was supposed to protect me from these jerks).  Her reply was my bank had my information and I asked her if that gave her the right to use it and she quickly hung up on me.

I hate being hung up on.  So I called her back and she answered but guess what...yup.  Hung up and took the phone off the hook.

Well, Im off to report these jack@$$holes.....

A woman called an 86 year old relative and rambled on about "being a sweepstakes winner".

When I firmly stated that the caller must stop calling that number, she hung up without an apology nor statement that the number would be taken off list.

I got a nasty earful from the woman who called me from this number. I could not understand what she was asking me so I asked her to repeat herself. She proceeded to call me names and told me to "just hang up" if I didn't like it. She then hung up on me. I quickly dialed the number back just to see what would happen. I could hear what sounded like a room full of telemarketers in the background, but I'm still not entirely sure what they are selling.

Got a call from this number, the woman said she was with Publishers Association?; asked them to not send me anything, waited for a confirmation and hung up.  The woman then called me back and swore at me.
