"Calling from Kensington - we qualify homes for California Title 24 work.   What age is your home?".   Wouldn't confirm they were a contractor.   I asked her a few questions about why they were calling, she hung up.   No legitimate business would do that, so BLOCKED.

ID was PRIVATE.  Talked with person with funny personality (pleasant person).  Found out he was pushing energy savings construction for your home.  I told him to go on to next call :)   Will block number.

Illegal spoofed call, and illegal spoofed call = SCAM.  Didn't answer (I NEVER answer calls from unfamiliar numbers).  Blocked this number.
