I constantly recieve call from the following number (202)310-485-8993, how can i make them stop calling?

got a call @ my work phone # from 310-485-8993, saying "congratulations, you have been selected for a free satellite TV installation, three free months of programming, etc." Something else about a cruise to the Bahamas.

Called office phone, and promptly hung up when answered.

Caller ID said "Paging Phone CA." Answered the call, but I didn't say anything. Caller immediately disconnected. It is sad that people can't find better ways to spend their time and resource than wasting mine.

Constant calls from this number on my cell.
If I answer, I get a recorded message. If I don't, no message left
