Called today at 1435pre-recorded messages that states that I am receiving my final notice to lower my interest rate on my card.  When transferred I asked for a phone number so I could call them back and verify them.  The 'call representative' hung up the phone.  Sounds like fraud to me.

Call today at 10:20am, pre-recorded messages that states that I am receiving my final notice to lower my interest rate on my card. Does not state which card or what compay they are calling from. I think it's a scam
