I picked up and the call was cut. When i called back, there was no ring but the call was dropped.

received 2nd call from them today. i stayed on the line to tell them to remove me from their list. a female answered the phone but hung up just as i started to tell her to remove me from their list. i tried calling back but the line was busy.
