Live person claiming to be a licensed contractor in Topanga
LOTS of background noise indicating a boiler room operation

Calling the # back says the number has been disconnected or is not longer in service
Looking up the number elsewhere it says it is listed to a doctor
I can't imagine what it is doing to his business
I am guessing they spoofed the #

OMG!!! I felt the same way, my first call was from a contractor, but I told him that we already have someone and to please place us on their no not call list. Then about 10 minutes later, I get a call from someone I don't know asking
me personal questions. I told him that I didn't know whom he was and asked him to stop calling. Neither sounded
like the same person, but it did freak me out.
