The text message states that I was handpicked to recieve discounts from Salba. I am charged for all text messages and did not request any info that requires texting. I tried to call the number, but recieved a message that the callers voice mail was full. I did end up texting stop to the number as was instructed to opt out.

310-414-7663 - sending text daily. Cannot leave a voice mail since the mailbox is full.
tried to text to remove my number from text list. That did not work either.
It is about some 2nd hand clothes store in California that the text pertains to.
